Travelers access the guide content via the SmartGuide mobile app, which offers audio, text, maps, AI chat and AI itinerary planner, optional AR features, and personalized recommendations of places to visit.

• By local contributors — guides, historians, students, and storytellers who meet our quality standards.

• By SmartGuide’s internal team — to ensure no destination remains empty; partners can later adopt and update the guide.
