The app is free to download and many guides are free. Some premium guides require purchase of the SmartGuide Premium subscription to fully open.

Yes. You can download tours in advance and use them without internet connectivity.
SmartGuide uses AI and behavioral data to suggest places that match your interests (e.g., art, food, history). It’s similar to how Netflix or Spotify work.

If you purchased SmartGuide Premium through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your subscription and payment are managed directly by Apple or Google, not by SmartGuide. Because of that, we cannot cancel the subscription for you and we do not have access to your store billing details.
To cancel, use the same store account that was used for the purchase:
For Apple App Store: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → select SmartGuide → Cancel Subscription. If there is no cancel button, the subscription has already been canceled.
For Google Play Store: open Google Play → Subscriptions → select SmartGuide → Cancel subscription → follow the on-screen steps.
After cancellation, the subscription usually remains active until the end of the current billing period. If you need help with billing or refunds, those requests must be handled by Apple or Google directly.
Please note that deleting the app alone does not cancel the subscription.
